    Today was the first time I went to this store. There was a couple in front of me looking at the menu. I asked if I could go in front, they said yes. I asked the female worker, when she finally turned around if I could have a cup of black coffee, she said there is a line and that I was to go back in line (WHAT LINE, THERES NO LINE OR WORDING ON THE FLOOR, IT'S A SHOPPING MALL!) The couple said it was alright but the female worker wouldn't let it go. I said Don't strain yourself and don't bother, I only wanted a cup of coffee and went to the movies. Think, your business is in a mall with lots of people so teach your staff how to be polite.
