  I have had my rental property managed by Marsellos Pike for a number of years now, and have had a few different property managers all of which have been extremely professional but my current property manager Kris is the best of them all. He is very proactive in all areas. I especially like how he contacts me with different options and quotes already obtained for repairs when a repair is needed and follows up with an inspection and photos of the works carried out. Very reassuring, pleasant and easy to talk to. Thank you Kris and Marsellos Pike

  If you are a good tenant and want to be treated like a actual customer then go and see Roxanne and Karen at the rental department. It feels so good to be a tenant that is treated with respect and dignity and as much a customer of the agency as the property owner. REFRESHING!

  Marsellos Pike have been managing my investment for nearly 10 years. They are always efficient, professional and friendly to deal with and I would highly recommend them as property managers. My current property manager, Roxanne, is excellent.

  Frank Pike was excellent to deal with during the sale of my property in Morayfield. He is extremely polite, courteous and delivers what he promises. The sale of my investment property was the most seemless property transaction I’ve ever undertaken especially considering I live interstate. Frank sold the property the day after listing and achieved top dollar for me. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
