  Always a good product range and I usually know what to get before I go. The worst thing about the shop is the service. They have people standing around to help but many of them talk to each other and ignore you. Once a girl was so busy on her phone I ended up waking away. Eventually found someone to help. He was busy because he was good and helpful. In my experience, people at the checkout are morose and cold. Don't expect a smile. Very few have good product knowledge and won't go out of their way to help with it. I don't enjoy shopping here. The only reason I go is for product. If you're after salespeople to discuss product with before you settle on a purchase, look elsewhere. Most I've dealt with are completely uninterested in the business that hired them and the customers that frequent the place.

  Was there for ten minutes looking at laptops obviously needing help. The guy there was too busy to even look up whilst playing on his phone and other staff too busy laughing and talking together and not about work. I work in customer service and this was disgusting. Bye bye jb hifi

  Was in the store for at least 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, even though they had passed me numerous times. I then asked for assistance with a mobile phone, stating I only wanted a cheap basic phone. The staff member told me there is nothing below $350 and then walked away. So I decided not to buy the mobile through them. I proceeded to look at home phones and had to ask another staff member to find it for me as it was locked away. I purchased the home phone (only because I had a gift voucher I needed to use) the staff at the registers were rude. Then I got home only to realise there was no phone even in the box. Shame on you jb

  Put a Garmin Vivofit on hold and then they sold it out from underneath me and told me too bad. I had even rung to confirm they had it in stock and on put away for me. The lady reassured me she had it put away. Customer service is unethical and pathetic not only by store workers but by managers. Rang other stores and they even said it was not store policy.
