  Well organised, nice clear aisles with properly stacked shelves - ven at xmas. Impressive behind the scenes workers.

  If only I could post this without having to give at least 1 star rating. With Kmart having a resurgence due to all the cheap items they are now stocking, surely management could afford to spend more time training their staff in the art of how to be polite, show the customers they are grateful to have a job and teach them chewing gum whilst dealing with customers is not acceptable. Customer service/layby staff member, a young male who spoke in monotone and appeared to be put out he actually had to serve a couple of customers spent the whole time chewing gum whilst serving the customer before me and also myself. There are plenty of people who desperately want to work and could run rings around some of the staff in that store. Last time I will spend money in there.

  Large well signed store with someone always at the entrance to point you in the right direction. I think that is great because I usually go for something specific and don't want to waste energy looking around. I'm after a specific product right now they can't and won't help with but otherwise I'd give 5 stars.

  called through to the store to find a product i am chasing as its not on the website only to have the lady who answered tell me to keep searching the website and was telling me different things to type in. the product i was wanting was right in front of her (she described it) and when i asked what the price was i was told sorry i dont have a scanner so try looking on the website. Even when in store the staff dont seem very helpful and would rather chat away to each other than help a customer.
