  Always out of trolleys - especially during busier times (50% of their trading I should imagine). As soon as I see the familiarly empty trolley bay I turn on my heels and go straight to Kmart. The amount of my money they have lost would be staggering over the past 8yrs...

  Staff were super helpful, spent a lot of time with me without making me feel rushed. 99% of what I went to buy was available. For someone that detests shopping in all it's shapes and forms, the staff made it a bearable experience.

  Yet again products in catalogue unavailable and to make it worse its a doll for my grandaughter for christmas I was told it was on a pallet in storeroom and I would get a phone call when it was unpacked no phone call so I went to check instore only to be told it was never there and no more are ordered so none for christmas even though it was advertised on sale to 13th Thankyou to the lady who helped me today at least you where professional

  Poor service arrived just before time off closing the store still had items out the front customer in check out and leaving .I was refused have my item that has been informed was ready for pick up. believe 6pm is still quite early on the way of closing and to refuse a simple task of collecting my item and give it to me that would take less then a 5 minuets that could if been done whiles the store started there close up is just bad service.

  11.00 am on a Sunday and only ONE of the numerous staffed checkouts open. I asked if another was going to be opened and was told there was nobody available. The lone checkout operator advised me that it is all to do with the amount of stealing that takes place although I cannot fathom the logic of the comment. Surely the higher level of theft would be through the automated checkouts? Suffice to say I was not going to wait forever so left my goods at the checkout and went to Super IGA for them. A much better experience.
