  One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had!!! Would not recommend at all. Staff were reluctant to help in any way or form. I went in there with a simple problem, needing a radio code, could not provide me with the correct one, only wanted money for a simple radio code!!

  Will try and rip you off, disconnected my dash cam all settings had to be reset, blew up my radiator got told bring it it in will get you a price for it, steering wheel pump $2400 all it was just the lol o ring, oh you also need new windshield wipers,wow didn know my new ones what are 2 weeks old need replacing, wonder what else got screwed with. Thanks for not being a honest mechanic

  Happy to take money to make sale. All after sales service is pathetic. Apparently no communication between sales and service department. Treat customers like morons. No shortage of arrogance from several staff. Will not be doing business here again. A very disappointing experience.

  Took in car for a recall - couldn't even drive it home. Was only advised when we couldn't start it that we had a bad battery (this is in their parking lot when we were meant to pick the cat up) - a call would've been nice when it actually was discovered instead of draining my whole battery then just being like "Your two options are: we jump start or you buy a new battery. Chose the jump start and made it to the shops where they had to come and jump start it again - then advised that it needs to charge back up so let it run for an hour. My partner did that then took it into KMART AUTO for a new battery.. why? Because the mechanic there was a lot more professional than them. We don't even know if we have to take it back but if we do - I'll be going with my partner next time and he can drop ME off with the car and I'll be watching EVERYTHING YOU DO! How dare you!! Disgusting attitude as well. What if that was an old lady you did that to? Or an old man?? Or me? Would it have made a difference? Disgraceful.
